I have been in a book slump for a long time....I need some help!  I would like some recommendations from all of you - tell me what books you have read and absolutely LOVED.  I have nothing to read right now and it's killing me!!   I have read the Twilight series FIVE times already, so I am pretty set there.  I want to complie a list of books/authors and keep it with me so when I am out in a store or the library and get just what I want.

So....here's my news! Just waiting for the word to go and sign the contracts! I am still in shock and won't fully believe it until they take my money and pour the foundation. If all goes well I will be completely broke and living in a brand new house by October!

We are currently at a rest stop heading home. The conference was good and the hotel was really nice. I did go to the group dinner and met some really nice people. Last night we went to Fridays for dinner....I will finish this story later and tell the saga of dinner. Time to get on the road again!

I am at the Saratoga Hilton right now for my Health and Safety Conference. The drive up was great. Made it here in four hours! My aunt and uncle came and picked up my mom and I just got back from my first workshop...Using Yoga to Increase Fitness! It was great. They are having a group dinner at 6 but I don't think I am going to go to that...I might just go to the hotel restaurant and eat..not sure what I am going to do yet...

Hoping for a snow day...I think that it might actually happen this time!  Ugh...putting off doing report cards, but it I do them today and we DO have a snow day, then I will be free to be lazy all day!

I know I should post, but I just can't get my thoughts together to do so....I am on vacation now, so hopefully I will have some downtime!!

I just can't do this anymore.  I am so done...checking out for a while.

I am sooo freaking bored!!!  I can't stand it - I am literally going out of my mind.....

( Check out these pics...this was my backyard earlier this morning! )I live in an apartment complex and behind my building is a large pond.  It was a little scary to see at first because we didn't know what was happening.  After watching the rescue team for a little while we realized that it was some sort of training.  They were apparently testing their new dive/rescue equipment.  They weren't in any kind of rush, there were no police or ambulances present and when one guy went in the water (he must have had on the new suit) he exclaimed 'there is a lot of air getting in here...it's awesome!'.   So not what you would want to hear if it was a real rescue!  Still...it was interesting to watch!  Also...another tipoff that it was not real: There was another guy taking pictures and News 12 wasn't there!  News 12 is our local Long Island News Channel and I swear if I called them and said I had a hangnail, they would send out a news team to take pictures and interview me and all my neighbors!  LAME.  They would have my neighbor saying something like 'she is such a nice girl, never giving nobody any kinda trouble.  It's a shame she had to go and get that hangnail'!  UGH!!

My mom just came up here and said this to me:  "I need to go see Twilight again!".  I fell over laughing!!  She mocked me and couldn't understand why I had this need to see it repeatedly!!  She said to me "this movie stayed with me all night...I even dreamt about that face" Of course she meant Edward!!  HAHAHA - I have totally turned her into a Twilighter!!!

**I don't remember where I got that icon from..but it's ONE of my favorite parts in the movie!  Sorry to the maker...I did get it from a Twilight community...there are so many amazing icons out there!

***It's cold and rainy (there was snow falling this morning, but now it's more of a wet, chill to the bone freezing rain!!
